Interview with the newspaper DIK

Prezi or PowerPoint? The magazine DIK interviewed me and attempted to make light of the differences, advantages and disadvantages. The article can be found here: LINK. Unfortunately I never got the chance to check the text, for it feels as if the main message didn’t come accross correctly in the article.

My conclusion on Prezi vs. PowerPoint is:

1. Both should only be used as reinforcing or as a precision accessibility.

2.The advantage of Prezi above PowerPoint is that you can more easily display wholeness – a holistic perspective. Otherwise, programs are identical in their uses

3. A disadvantage of Prezi is that the program has more disruptive built-in animations that remove the focus of the message. In PowerPoint, you can certainly choose to zoom, swoop et cetera, et cetera..
